Incident IQ is the Dougherty County School System's one-stop Digital Technology Support solution. The system works through a ticketing system that allows you to quickly alert IT staff to any technology issues you may have while providing quality metrics and data for quality assurance. Click the button below to login using your DCSS Username (the part of your email address before the "@" symbol, i.e. john.doe) and your district password.
