Five elementary DCSS robotics teams will head to Columbus in January for the Lego League Super Regionals after advancing at the local meet last weekend.
Teams from Lake Park Elementary, Live Oak Elementary, Radium Springs Elementary, Robert Harvey Elementary and International Studies Elementary Charter School are each advancing.
Awards given out Saturday include:
- Live Oak- Core Values- 1st Place, Darien Green Award for Gracious Professionalism
- Radium Springs- Robot Design-1st Place
- Robert Harvey- Robot Performance-1st Place, Project- 1st Place
Lake Park was also recognized for 2nd place overall in Tournament A and Robert Harvey was also recognized for 2nd place overall in Tournament B.
