Lake Park Elementary School had its Spirit Week for Military Child Appreciation Month ( MOMC) which ended in a purple up day on April 14th. We would like to say a huge thank you to the following people who either read to our students, answered questions about serving in the Military or helped to hand out popsicles to our students for our MOMC celebration this week: Military Connected parents from Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany ; Mr Matthew Hardwick and the Marines from the Single Marine Program (SMP), Navy Federal Credit Union; Representatives from the @MilitarySpouses'ClubofAlbany; other Milconnected individuals; and the Lake Park PTO .
We loved having you at Lake Park and the chidren had so much fun . We appreciate and support all our Military connected parents and students.
