Albany, GA -- Payton Bush, a student at Westover Comprehensive High School, is headed to the state Science Fair while other DCSS middle and high school students finished among the tops in the region for their various projects.
Bush, a junior, is headed to state for her project "The Development of Spring Actuation in H.sauteri Springtails," which won the Grand Award in the Engineering category at the regional fair.
All together, Westover and Merry Acres Middle School were the two DCSS schools to place in the region fair.
