Eagle Update!
Parent/teacher conferences will be held, January 15 (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM) & January 16th (1:30 - 4:00 PM). Both days are half-days/early release for students. The release time for middle school students is 1:20 PM.

📌 Attention Eighth Grade Parents & Guardians 📌
As we prepare documents for high school registration, the Dougherty County School System requires proof of residence to ensure students are registered for the correct school zone. Parents and guardians are required to submit a copy of their December utility bill as proof of residency. Please be sure the student’s name is written on the utility bill.
The utility bill must be submitted by Friday, January 17th to our Records Clerk, Mrs. Walker. Students may turn in the document, or a parent or guardian may drop it off at the school office.
If the utility bill is not in the parent or guardian’s name, an additional form must be completed and signed by the Deputy Superintendent at the Dougherty County Board Office.
This information will be sent home with students on Friday, January 9th, but we wanted to share it early for families who would like to get a head start. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support.
